Put dried mushrooms into hot water to soak for 20-25 min.

Place a frying pan over high heat, add the clove of garlic to flavor the oil, ''fry" the bread slightly and remove it.

Place the frying pan over high heat, add the onion and sauté very well, season with salt and pepper.

Drain the mushrooms, add them in the pan and sauté until golden.

Add little of mushrooms liquor, lower the heat and cook until tenderize. When ready, season with wild garlic.

Put the eggs in a pot out of heat.

Turn on the heat and stir a little, while boiling and a little out of heat.

When they start to stiffen, remove, season with salt and pepper, add yoghurt and wild garlic and stir.

Serve the eggs on the bread, add the mushrooms finely on top. Garnish either with baked or raw tomatoes, olive oil and salt.
