  • 100 grams margarine
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 1 gram of vanilla
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda (4 gr.)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt (1 gr.)
  • 70 grams cocoa
  • 100 grams baking chocolate (cut in small pieces)
  1. Remove the margarine from the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature.
  2. Add mixture A in the mixer and beat for 2-3 minutes, until it fluffs up.
  3. Then, add mixture B into mixture A and knead with your hands.
  4. Then add mixture C.
  5. Form 18 round pieces, 30 grams each.
  6. Place the cookies on a baking pan with parchment paper on it.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 180℃, set on fan, for 10 minutes sharp!
  8. Remove the baking pan from the oven and let them cool down, for 15 minutes, in order to stiffen.
  1. The mixture will look like a crumble, it will break easily but you will be able to form round pieces, as long as you push them.
  2. Cut the baking chocolate into small pieces.
  3. When you will remove them from the oven, they will be really soft, don’t touch them! During their cooldown, the cookies will stiffen. Just be patient.
  4. They will resemble brownies.
  5. If you want, before baking, you can place a big piece of baking chocolate over every single round piece, so you can have extra chocolate.
  6. You can even add flower of salt.
