  • 250 grams milk
  • 250 grams olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 grams feta cheese (break it by hand)
  • 200 grams bacon (cut in small pieces)
  • 1 medium carrot (grated)
  • 1 leek (chopped)
  • 1⁄2 red bell pepper (cut in cubes)
  • 300 grams all-purpose flour
  • 15 grams baking powder
  • salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃, set on fan.
  2. Grease a baking pan.
  3. In a bowl whisk the eggs. Add the milk and the oil.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients of mixture A.
  5. Add the ingredients of mixture B and mix.
  6. Place the final mixture into the pan and bake over preheated oven at 180℃, set on fan for 40 minutes, sharp!
  1. Bake the pie in the middle of the oven.
  2. Allow it to cool before serving.
  3. You can keep it up to 3 days.
