Add the eggs, cream, salt, sugar, baking powder in a bowl and mix them with a hand whisk very, very well.
Then add the zest of lemon and mix.
Add the flour in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Add the melted margarine and mix well, until the dough absorbs it.
Place the mixture in a cake tin, with a parchment paper on it, and fill the three quarters of the tin.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 170℃, set on fan, for 50-60 minutes.
Let it cool down and serve with icing sugar.
- The cake tin I used is 10x25 cm, so it is necessary to bake it in the exact time as I say. If your cake tin is larger, it might take less time to be baked.
- The cake will crack at a point, it’s only natural.
- The cake will be ready, when the cracked point will be caramelized and golden.
