Turn the oven on 40℃ (if there is this option).

Grease a baking pan.

In a mixer's bowl add water, yeast and sugar. Beat very well and wait for 5 minutes.

Add the flour, the oil and the salt.

Knead at slow speed for 5 minutes, so as the dough doesn't stick around the bowl.

Keep kneading on your working surface for a few minutes and shape it into a round.

Put the dough into a pan, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the oven at 40℃ or in another hot place and let it prove, for 40-60 minutes.

When it proves, remove.

Preheat the oven at 190℃ set on the resistors.

Coat the top of the loaf with beaten egg yolk and dredge with poppy seeds and sesame.

Bake for 30-40 minutes in the middle level of the oven. It may take a little longer, depending on the oven.
