  • 100 grams margarine
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 250 grams mild peanut butter
  • 1 vanilla
  • 180 grams all-purpose flour
  • 4 grams baking powder
  • 4 grams baking soda
  • 3 grams salt
  1. Mix mixture A in the mixer, until it slightly fluffs up.
  2. Add mixture B into mixture A and then mix, until they become a homogenous mixture.
  3. Remove the mixer’s bowl and add mixture C, mix with a spatula and then, knead well, with your hands.
  4. Form 24 round pieces, 30 grams each and dip them into granulated sugar.
  5. Lay a parchment paper on a baking pan and place them on it. You might need two baking pans, depending on their size.
  6. Bake at 185-190℃, set on fan, for 14 minutes. Be careful, it might take 13 or 15 minutes, depending on what kind of oven you have.
  7. When you will remove them from the oven, they might break easily, so don’t touch them, in 20 minutes they will have stiffen and they will have lost their mass.
  1. Cookies stiffen over time, so don’t worry if they are soft at the beginning.
  2. Each oven bakes differently.
  3. During baking, they cover a little and then they lose their mass.
  4. This is a basic recipe, you can add chocolate or any coating you wish.
  5. What I mean by dipping in sugar, is that you add a bit of sugar in a bowl and dip each round piece, before forming it.
  6. They don’t spread much during baking.
  7. Form them evenly.
