Ingredients
  • 4 glasses of water
  • 1 glass of corn flour (sieved)
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • salt (preferably)
  • a bit of raisin syrup, molasses or honey
  • cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a small pot heat the water.
  2. Add olive oil, salt and thyme.
  3. Just before the boiling point, remove the thyme and shower the corn flour and stir with a hand whisk continuously.
  4. Once you will have a fine cream, remove from heat and serve it immediately with a bit of raisin syrup or molasses or honey and cinnamon!
