glass of corn flour
(sieved)

grams olive oil
salt
(preferably)
a bit of raisin syrup, molasses or honey
cinnamon
(optional)
Instructions
In a small pot heat the water.
Add olive oil, salt and thyme.
Just before the boiling point, remove the thyme and shower the corn flour and stir with a hand whisk continuously.
Once you will have a fine cream, remove from heat and serve it immediately with a bit of raisin syrup or molasses or honey and cinnamon!
