Instructions

Remove shell from shrimps' body, not the head and devein.

Put olive oil into a pot, season with salt and pepper and sauté the shrimps and remove.

Add the peppers, some salt and then the onion. Let them wither for a few minutes and then add the garlic and the spring onion.

Then add the tomato paste. Heat and add the tomatoes.

Add hot water until it covers the vegetables. Let it boil and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Then add the shrimps.

3 minutes later, turn off the heat and add feta cheese and parsley.
