Neatly wash the potatoes and score them up to the middle.
Place all the herbs into a baking pan and put the potatoes above.
Add oil and season with coarse salt.
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃ set on fan, for about 75 minutes.
In a bowl, put yoghurt, lemon zest, season with salt and pepper and mix.
Serve in a shallow plate and put yoghurt on top of them. Add oil and fresh herbs.
- You can prepare potatoes earlier and heat them with some oil in the oven.
- You can make the yoghurt the previous day.
- Firstly, grease the potatoes with oil and then add the salt. Otherwise the salt will not stuck on the potatoes.
- Baking time depends on the oven.
