  1. Neatly wash the potatoes and score them up to the middle.

  2. Place all the herbs into a baking pan and put the potatoes above.

  3. Add oil and season with coarse salt.

  4. Bake in preheated oven at 180℃ set on fan, for about 75 minutes.

  5. In a bowl, put yoghurt, lemon zest, season with salt and pepper and mix.

  6. Serve in a shallow plate and put yoghurt on top of them. Add oil and fresh herbs.


  1. You can prepare potatoes earlier and heat them with some oil in the oven.
  2. You can make the yoghurt the previous day.
  3. Firstly, grease the potatoes with oil and then add the salt. Otherwise the salt will not stuck on the potatoes.
  4. Baking time depends on the oven.
