  • 4 chicken fillets (230 grams each)
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 200 grams strained ypghurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 150 grams Naxos gruyére cheese (grated)
  • vinegar
  • olive oil (preferably)
  • salt (preferably)
  • pepper (preferably)
  1. Mix yoghurt, paprika and grated cheese in a bowl, until you have a fine homogeneous mass.
  2. Cut the peppers into asymmetrical pieces. Cut the onions in 4 pieces and separate in a plate.
  3. Put the vegetables in a baking pan, drizzle with oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Apply the mixture to the fillets and put them on the vegetables.
  5. Grate some cheese over the fillets and roast in preheated oven, at 180℃ set to fan, for about 40-45 minutes.
