In the blender add the whiskey, syrup, lemon juice, the melomakarono and mix very well for a few minutes.

Add milk in a glass.

Pour the mixture with the melomakarono and the whiskey into the glass of milk (be careful not to do the opposite), mix well and put the glass in the freezer for 3 minutes or in the fridge for 5 minutes.

At this point, when you see that curds of milk appear, you are doing the whole process right.

Add two coffee filters in two glasses. Be careful not to tear them.

Remove the glass with the mixture from the freezer and divide the mixture into the two glasses. Be careful not to apply pressure to the coffee filters with any object.

Let aside the two glasses with the drink. It will take an hour or longer, for the drink to be ‘’extracted’’.

Once the ‘’distillation’’ of our drink has been completed, you can either serve it or store it in a bottle or vase, kept out of the fridge.
To serve

In a nice glass for whiskey, add clear ice.

Add 60 ml from the drink and a peel from an orange.

Stir slightly and enjoy the melomakarono cocktail.

Ideally, you can serve it with a melomakarono also.
