  1. Preheat oven to 180℃, set on fan.

  2. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk. Add feta and kefalotyri cheese (break them in pieces with your hands).

  3. Cut the onions in pieces, as seen on the video and add them in the bowl.

  4. Season with a little salt and a lot of pepper and mix.

  5. Grease a non-stick baking pan (36*20).

  6. Place the first dough sheet and grease, just a little to moisture.

  7. Do the same with the second and third dough sheets and grease.

  8. Place the half of the bowl's mixture.

  9. 9. Put another dough sheet, grease and put the rest of the mixture.

  10. Put the other two dough sheets and grease. The top sheet should be greased well enough.

  11. Cut the edges of the sheets that exceed the pan (you can keep them for other use).

  12. Use your fingers to turn the cut points towards the edges of the pan. You can also use a knife, as seen on video.

  13. Score the pie (not too deeply), in as many pieces as you wish. Damp slightly and bake at 180℃, for about 1 hour.

  14. Let it cool and cut into pieces.


  1. You can prepare the pie and refrigerate it, so as to bake it whenever you want.
  2. If it is refrigerated, it will be baked at the same temperature and time, without defrosting.
  3. Dough sheets can be found at the supermarket.
