Greek chocolate salami with pistachios
Heat the condensed milk with the margarine in a pot, until they melt and become a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the mixture in a big bowl.
Add the liqueur and the cocoa and mix well with a hand whisk.
Break the biscuits in asymmetrical pieces into the mixture and add the pistachios and then mix very well.
Spread the mixture on a parchment paper and then wrap, like a candy.
Then wrap tightly, so the air won't be trapped in the mixture.
Place the dessert into the freezer for at least 12 hours.
- You can add half margarine, half butter.
- When the dessert is frozen enough, I cut it into pieces, put them in a bowl and then place the bowl in the freezer.
- This chocolate salami is suitable for the freezer and is quite soft.
