  • 397 grams condensed milk (a package)
  • 340 grams tea biscuits (or cinnamon)
  • 180 grams margarine
  • 15 grams mandarin liqueur (or whatever you have)
  • 50 grams cocoa (powder)
  • 60 grams pistachios
  1. Heat the condensed milk with the margarine in a pot, until they melt and become a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Transfer the mixture in a big bowl.
  3. Add the liqueur and the cocoa and mix well with a hand whisk.
  4. Break the biscuits in asymmetrical pieces into the mixture and add the pistachios and then mix very well.
  5. Spread the mixture on a parchment paper and then wrap, like a candy.
  6. Then wrap tightly, so the air won't be trapped in the mixture.
  7. Place the dessert into the freezer for at least 12 hours.

  2. When the dessert is frozen enough, I cut it into pieces, put them in a bowl and then place the bowl in the freezer.
