Saganaki with phyllo

Slice the cheese. For each slice, we need a phyllo dough sheet.

Place the cheese in the middle of the phyllo dough sheet as seen on my video.

Close the edges. Right and left.

Roll as if you make a package.

When reaching the edge, damp with some water.

Do the same with the rest of the slices of cheese and put in plate. Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge.

Heat some sunflower oil over medium to high temperature and fry for 1-2 minutes, each side, until golden.

When ready, remove and place on an absorbent paper towel.

Serve with honey, sesame and poppy flower seeds.
