Salad with octopus dipped in vinegar, rocket, caper and crab apple

  • 2 tentacles of octopus dipped in vinegar (cut in chunk pieces)
  • 50 grams baby rocket
  • caper (preferably)
  • 1⁄2 crab apple (cut in slices)
  • chili pepper bell (cut in slices, preferably)
  • a bit of olive oil
  • salt (preferably)
  • pepper (preferably)
  • sweet paprika (preferably)
  1. Marinade the ¾ of the rocket with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Add half of the slices from the crab apple and mix slightly.
  3. In a deep plate add the marinaded rocket and sparsely add the slices of the crab apple, the caper and the octopus.
  4. Finally, add the rest of the rocket, the chili pepper bell, salt, freshly grated pepper and a bit of sweet paprika!
