  • 300 grams frozen banana
  • 200 grams almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 40 grams purple latte mix (found in
  • dried passion fruit (almonds or whatever you like)
  1. Cut the bananas and refrigerate for a day, at least.
  2. Put bananas, milk and purple latte mix into a blender bowl and mix for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Serve in a bowl and add passion fruit and almonds on top.
