Make a bain-marie and add all of the coating’s ingredients.
Add water, sugar, vinegar, sunflower oil and the orange juice in a bowl. Before adding the orange juice, you must have mixed him with the baking soda.
Add the flour, the cocoa and the salt and mix very well.
Place the mix in a baking pan and bake for 25-28 minutes, at 180℃, set on fan.
When ready, score in pieces of your liking and pour over the melted baking chocolate.
