Instructions
Put oil in a pan.
Cut green bell peppers in half and sauté for about 4-5 minutes, until golden and remove.
Cut sausages into roles. Remove peppers from the pan and add the sausages to fry, for about 5 minutes and remove.
Add grated tomatoes in the pan, stir and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let the sauce boil.
Add the sausages and peppers and mix well. Cover lid and lower the heat, for about 10-15 minutes. Add water if needed.
When ready, remove from heat and let it almost covered and allow it to rest, for 30 minutes.
Add some oregano before serving.

If the sausages are salty, no other salt might need.
Instead of tomato paste and grated tomatoes, tomato sauce can also be used.
Don’t use multicolored peppers.
You can use chili bell peppers.
