  1. Add all the ingredients into the mixer’s bowl and beat with the paddle (if you have), at low speed. It took 1 minute for the dough to be ready.

  2. Lay a parchment paper on a baking pan.

  3. Form 11 round pieces, each piece should weigh 25 grams.

  4. Using your thumb, push every round piece in order to make a small puddle and then fill each puddle with a teaspoon of marmalade or a fruit of the forest.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven, at 200℃, set on fan, for 12-15 minutes. Be careful, if your oven is ‘’strong’’, they might be ready at 12 minutes. Mine were ready at 13 minutes and 30 seconds.

  6. Remove them from the oven and carefully place them on a cake rack, so they can cool down.

  1. You can bake them in cupcake cases.
  2. When you will remove them from the oven, they will be soft. Once they are cooled down, they will slightly stiffen.
  3. They don’t golden in the oven, don’t expect them to be rosy.
