Homemade marmalade cookies
Add all the ingredients into the mixer’s bowl and beat with the paddle (if you have), at low speed. It took 1 minute for the dough to be ready.
Lay a parchment paper on a baking pan.
Form 11 round pieces, each piece should weigh 25 grams.
Using your thumb, push every round piece in order to make a small puddle and then fill each puddle with a teaspoon of marmalade or a fruit of the forest.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 200℃, set on fan, for 12-15 minutes. Be careful, if your oven is ‘’strong’’, they might be ready at 12 minutes. Mine were ready at 13 minutes and 30 seconds.
Remove them from the oven and carefully place them on a cake rack, so they can cool down.
- You can bake them in cupcake cases.
- When you will remove them from the oven, they will be soft. Once they are cooled down, they will slightly stiffen.
- They don’t golden in the oven, don’t expect them to be rosy.
