Summer salad with cherry tomatoes, cherries, purslane and begonia
Put the cherry tomatoes and cherries into a bowl.
Add the mint and salt and mix.
Add vinegar, olive oil and mix.
Serve in a deep plate.
Add purslane, begonia and any juice there might be left in the bowl.
- You can use either strawberries or strawberry vinegar.
- Pepper is optional.
- Ask for begonia in greenhouses.
