olive oil

sweet paprika
(preferably)
leaves of spearmint
(or basil)
Instructions
Place the puff pastry on a tray, with a parchment paper on it, then fold its edges by an inch.
Using a fork, make holes on the puff pastry (not its edges).
Spread the mustard using a spoon and then spice with paprika and cumin.
Marinade the cherry tomatoes in a shallow bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and a little bit of oregano.
Line up the cherry tomatoes and make sure their innards are facing upwards.
Add the onion and spritz with olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven, at 200℃, set on fan, for roughly 30-32 minutes.
Serve with raw olive oil, fresh basil or spearmint.

Αν βρείτε πολύχρωμες ντομάτες, το αποτέλεσμα θα είναι ακόμη πιο εντυπωσιακό.
Ο χρόνος ψησίματος είναι σχετικός, ανάλογα τον φούρνο.
