  • 2 slices of multigrain bread
  • 2 tablespoons of mild peanut butter
  • a banana cut in slices
  • honey (preferably)
  • pumpkin seed (preferably)

  1. Cut two slices of bread and heat it in the frying pan, on medium heat, for 2 minutes, each side.
  2. Spread a rounded scoop tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice of bread.
  3. Place 8 slices of banana on the peanut butter.
  4. Add a high quality of honey, peanuts and pumpkin seed!
  5. Finally, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon and enjoy!
