Ingredients
  • 190 grams all-purpose flour
  • 20 grams cocoa
  • 80 grams brown sugar
  • 80 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda (5 gr.)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt (3 gr.)
  • 65 grams sunflower oil
  • 80 grams boiled Greek coffee (just the liquid)
  • 240 grams slightly warm water
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 gram of vanilla
  • 5 pieces of baking chocolate (very small)
  • 100 grams baking chocolate
  • 10 grams sunflower oil
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 10 grams warm water
Instructions
  1. Mix mixture A in a bowl.
  2. Mix mixture B in another bowl.
  3. Then mix mixtures A and B together.
  4. Lay a wet parchment paper on a cake tin and then add the mixture.
  5. Spread the baking chocolate pieces in the mixture.
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 175℃, set on fan, for 40 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, make a bain-marie and melt the baking chocolate with the sunflower oil.
  8. Mix the icing sugar with the warm water in another bowl.
  9. Remove the cake from the oven, let it slightly cool down, then remove the parchment paper and pour over the melted baking chocolate.
  10. Then pour over white frosting.
