Instructions
Place the baking chocolate in a mason jar or whatever utensil you have.
Heat the almond milk well enough, to a point before it begins to boil.
Add the milk all over the baking chocolate.
Shake the mason jar with your hands, so as to the baking chocolate starts to melt and then mix with a rubber spatula.
Optionally, we can make a cold bain-marie (bowl with ice and a little water) and cool the chocolate mousse, while mixing.
When at room temperature, it will stiffen.
Place the chocolate mousse in a utensil, wrap it and place it in the fridge.
In 20-30 minutes, you will be able to taste it.
You can garnish with nuts, fruits of the forest or whatever you like.
