Ingredients
  • 500 grams mixed mince (pork-beef)
  • 50 grams stale bread (soaked and squeezed)
  • 150 grams grated onion (with its liquid)
  • 50 grams tomato sauce
  • 25 grams olive oil
  • 15 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams red and green bell peppers (cut in small pieces)
  • salt (preferably)
  • pepper (preferably)
  • thyme (preferably)
  • cumin (preferably)
  • chopped mint (preferably)
  • chopped parsley (preferably)
  • 3 gallons of smocked turkey (cut in half)
  • 3 gallons of yellow cheese (cut in half)
  • 12 baby potatoes (cut in half)
  • some tomato sauce
  • olive oil (preferably)
  • salt (preferably)
  • pepper (preferably)
  • thyme (preferably)
  • cumin (preferably)
  • water
Instructions
  1. Put the mince into a bowl and add all the ingredients, except turkey and yellow cheese. Knead very well.
  2. Cover the mince with plastic wrap and let it in the fridge for 8-12 hours, if there is time.
  3. Spread the meat mixture in a small baking pan to cover the whole surface.
  4. Spread the cheese and turkey in the middle of the meat mixture.
  5. Start rolling from one side towards middle. Do the same from the other side.
  6. Correct the shape of the mince with your hands, as shown on the video.
  7. Put the potatoes into a bowl. Add tomato sauce, olive oil and season with salt and pepper, thyme and cumin. Mix and add water.
  8. Put the potatoes next to the meatloaf and add the water left into the bowl. Add more if needed, so as to cover the potatoes in half.
  9. Add some tomato sauce over the meatloaf, if you want. It helps golden.
  10. Roast in preheated oven at 180℃ set to fan for 1 hour sharp!
