Salad with eggs, tuna and lettuce

  • 320 grams tuna (in a can)
  • 6 eggs (boiled and cleand)
  • 15 leaves of lettuce (their innards)
  • 100 grams green round beans
  • 1 white spring onion
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 olives
  • 2 croutons (for a person)
  • a bit of sesame
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 30 grams lemon juice
  • 90 grams olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon of honey
  • salt
  1. Boil water, blanch the green beans for 1 minute, then freeze them in iced water, for a few minutes and then drain them.
  2. Add the ingredients of the dressing in a deep bowl and mix them well, using a hand whisk.
  3. In a bowl add the tuna and then marinade it with the mustard, a bit o sesame and mix very well.
  4. Next, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, the onion in rings, the olives in filets, as seen in the video and add them all in the bowl with the dressing.
  5. Cut the green beans in half and add them in the bowl with the rest of the dressing ingredients.
  6. Cut the lettuces with your hands in asymmetrical pieces and add them in the bowl.
  7. Season the salad slightly with salt, a bit of oregano and mix gently in order to spread the dressing everywhere.
  8. Slightly sprinkle the croutons and break them into chunk pieces and add them in the plate you will use to serve the salad.
  9. Gently place the salad on top of the croutons.
  10. Spread the tuna asymmetrically over the vegetables.
  11. Cut the eggs in half, spread them over the salad and finish with olive oil, pepper and sesame!
  1. Instead of croutons, you can add boiled potatoes.
  2. Make sure to spread the dressing everywhere.
  3. It is very filling.
  4. Instead of tuna, you can add roasted fish, but not much fatty!
