  1. Mix mixture A in a bowl.

  2. Add the ingredients of mixture B into mixture A and mix well.

  3. Grease a 22 cm baking pan with sunflower oil.

  4. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and then spread it with a spatula or a spoon.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃, set on fan, for 20-22 minutes.

  6. Carefully remove it from the oven and let it cool down entirely (or else you will break the brownies).

  7. If you want them to be more gooey, you can let them (covered) in the fridge all night and eat them the next day.

  8. Serve with caramel sauce and whatever ice cream you like.

For caramel sauce

  1. Add all the ingredients in a pot and mix with a hand whisk, until it’s boiling.

  2. Lower the heat and mix constantly.

  3. It will roughly take 20-25 minutes until the caramel thickens.

  4. You can serve immediately, or you can let it cool down and place it in the fridge, for the next day. The longer it cools down, the more it thickens. It has a one-week lifespan in the fridge.


  1. You can add whatever sugar you want.
  2. Instead of Greek coffee, you can use espresso.
