Easy coconut cake (indokarido)
In a shallow bowl add the orange juice, sunflower oil, sugar and mix well with a whisk.
Then add the ground coconut and keep mixing.
Lastly, add the flour in 2-3 increments and homogenize.
Using a spatula, add the mixture in the cake tin.
Bake at 170℃, set on fan, for 1 hour sharp!
Let the cake cool down for 2 hours and then remove it from the cake tin.
