Boil the pasta in salty water.

Chop and sauté hazelnuts with some olive oil. If they are not peeled, they will become a little more black, as seen in the video.

Mix the gremolata ingredients in a blender.

Put the gremolata into a deep bowl.

Grate half of the gruyére cheese on top of gremolata.

Add the pasta into gremolata bowl and mix well.
-
Serve in a deep plate, add hazelnuts and grate the rest of the gruyére cheese.

Add some freshly grinded pepper and raw olive oil and bon appétit!
